Kiki rolled onto her side. She could feel the elk's strength coursing through her, warming her body just as the sun was. Her thoughts drifted back to the city, with all the flashing lights and noisy humans and the tall concrete towers.

She heaved a sigh and listened to the birds singing in the trees. "I need to go for a walk," She said as she opened her eyes and looked at Felix. "This elk is giving me indigestion." She got up, stretched and yawned. She swished her tail lazily.

Felix rolled back over and looked towards Kiki.
"Ok. I'll go with you if you want." She stood up and shook herself off. Felix looked around and yawned.

Kiki smiled and wagged her tail. "Okay," She looked towards the river that led to the lake and the waterfall. "Lets walk around the lake and up the cliff, yeah?"

She began to walk off through the clearing and looked back to Felix.

Felix ran up to Kiki's side with her tail wagging too.
"Alright." She smiled. "I'll race ya." Felix took off running towards the cliff and started climbing up the cliff quickly.

Kiki growled as Felix went speeding off up the cliff. She didn't give Kiki much chance! Kiki started to lope towards the cliff and leapt up onto a ledge. She was taking a more precarious route than Felix, but it was shorter.

Kiki was still speeding up. Rocks fell under her feet, rattling n
to the ground far below her.

Felix kept jumping from rock to rock, skipping a few in between. She didn't notice when the rock fell underneath her paw when she lifted it from the one rock to the other. Felix was more focused on beating Kiki up the cliff.

Kiki was on the verge of giving up. Her paws were sore and she was short for breath. She jumped but misjudged the angle, and hit her hind legs on the rock. She yelped and scrabbled up, sitting down and panting.

She turned to examine her legs. The left one had a small scratch but the right leg hurt. She tried to bend it and succeeded, with a lot of pain. She looked across for Felix but couldn't see her. Kiki began to get scared and howled.

Felix heared a yelp and a howl. She quickly turned her direction and headed off towards Kiki. Felix came into view of the sitting Kiki and she could see she hurt her leg. Felix took a long leap and landed on the rock with Kiki. She looked down at her leg and noticed the blood. Felix started licking the wound to clean it.

Kiki winced as Felix licked her leg wound. "Thanks" She said and stood up. She was a little lop-sided but she could walk. The to of the cliff was right above them. "Shall we go? It's not far now" Kiki said and started to slowly and carefully climb the cliff.

"All right then, just be careful would you?" Felix jumped from rock to rock. Looking back at Kiki to make sure she was still coming. Once she reached the top she went into a play pose while watching Kiki. Laying down fully she continued to watch. Just incase the rock decied to give out on her.
